Reservation Agreement

1. Travel times are generally assessed from where the pick-up and drop-off points are located. Mileage charges are added for travel outside the Greater Houston area. Pickup and drop off service rates apply like airport transfers. 2. Airport transfers are one-way non-stop transportation. 3. Any stops during a transfer will be an additional charge. 4. Pick up or drop off locations located outside the Greater Houston Metropolitan Area are subject to additional charges. 5. Waiting time begins 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time on departures. After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the scheduled departure. 6. Waiting Time charges are assessed at the respective hourly rate. 7. Transfers during off peak time (12:00AM to 6:30AM) are subject to additional charges. For limousine transfers on Friday Evenings and Saturdays, please refer to the Friday and Saturday rates. 8. Be aware that International Arrivals after 1 Hour waiting time will be a charge of $50.00 for additional 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

All service cancellations require 24 hours notice. No show and last minute cancellation will be charged the full service rate.
